Delivery & returns
Books purchased through our website will be sent by Royal Mail, first class post.
You should receive your book within 3 to 5 working days. * Please note that due to Covid-19 restrictions your book may take a little longer to arrive for the time being. If this presents a problem please contact us.
Books purchased through our website can only be dispatched to UK addresses. If you would like a book sent to an address outside the UK, please contact us.
We regret that we are currently unable to take orders over the phone.
If your book was found to be damaged or faulty when received, we will either replace the item or give you a full refund of the purchase price, including any delivery charges paid. Please state which option you prefer. If you require a replacement, we will wait to receive the faulty copy from you before despatching a new one. If you request a replacement, we will not charge for delivery of this item.
If the book was purchased in error, we will refund the purchase price, and the delivery charge. You must bear the cost of returning the item to us. It must be received back in pristine and resalable condition.
In all cases the item must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Please allow 14 days (in addition to the delivery time) for the return to be processed.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
