Delivery & returns

Delivery policy

Books purchased through our website will be sent by Royal Mail. PLEASE NOTE: Due to ever increasing postage costs we have decided to save money for our customers money by sending orders for individual books by second class post from the start of April 2024, If this causes any issues for you please contact us and we will fulfil your order as you instruct us. Orders for 'The Complete Adventures of Grandad Wheels!' will be sent by first class post.

 

You should receive your book within 3 to 7 working days. Please note that deliveries overseas and especially to EU countries are currently taking longer to arrive.

 

We regret that we are unable to take orders over the phone.

Return & exchange policy

If your book was found to be damaged or faulty when received, we will either replace the item or give you a full refund of the purchase price, including any delivery charges paid. Please state which option you prefer.  If you require a replacement, we will wait to receive the faulty copy from you before despatching a new one.  If you request a replacement, we will not charge for delivery of this item and refund the cost of returning the damaged book to us.

 

If the book was purchased in error, we will refund the purchase.  You must bear the cost of returning the item to us.  It must be received back in pristine and resalable condition.

In all cases the item must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Please email Grandad Wheels using the contact form on this website to let us know that you are returning your book.

Please allow 14 days (in addition to the delivery time) for the return to be processed.

​

Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

​

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
